	Platt College offers 16-month associate degree programs in Medical Assisting and Medical Administrative Specialists. Both programs offer hands-on training on medical equipment similar to that found in medical offices and labs, and an off-site externship at a health care facility.
	The Medical Assisting and Medical Administrative Specialist programs at Platt College will provide students with the training and skills to seek entry level employment working in doctor offices, hospitals, labs, and other health care provider facilities.
	The Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound) program at the Platt School of Medical Sciences is designed to prepare graduates to pursue careers in Sonography, a dynamic specialty area in the rapidly-expanding health care field. Upon successful completion of foundational coursework and a clinical externship, graduates of the program are awarded an Associate of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound).
